Do you have the newest version? version 1210 as i recall. Download the sakray and if that doesn't work, you can either download the kRO or download raglite. All can be found here

The problem is either a) that you're missing sdata.grf in your RO folder or b) that you don't have kernel32.dll in your folder :x
Other alternatives may be that your DATA.ini file is set to read grfs which kitsuneRO doesn't use :x
