Are these files normal? (a bunch of files appeared after i patched skray)

well i don't really bother patching Sakray and it's the first time i patched it
and i notice it added 7 new files to my folder

(pls click the URL if the image is too small or hard to see
or hold ctrl then use the scroll on the mouse to zoom in)
here's the files before i patched it

Reason i'm asking is that a lot of people said it takes them a long
time to patch through sakray and sometimes it doesn't even go
through at all and mine seem to have patched in a short time so
i'm wondering if they're the proper files or if i'm missing some

Yes, they are all a part of the the new "HackShield" program from AhnLab inc.. It's the replacement software for Game Guard.
