Melody Strike for Gypsy?

So, I looked at the skills for my Gypsy, and I saw Arrow Vulcan. I want Arrow Vulcan, but one of the requirements on it is a skill called "Melody Strike". I'm just wondering what skill(s) is/are required to get Melody Strike.
