help on my sniper build

first off the server im playing on is 255base/120job and max stats is 250. After cast-delays are implemented. 150 vit for status effects immunity (not sure about coma though). Drop Rate is 100xnormal mosnter equip/100xnormal monster card/50xmvp equip/50xmvp card.
GR card, Incantation Samurai Card and Turtle General card are pretty tough to get because of the drop rate and they are heavily farmed so i just stick to the basic cards for now until i get them.

STATS(sniper buffs only no awakening pots):
str= 92+10
agi= 113+32 (enough for max aspd-193)
vit= 91+10
int= 39+12
dex= 248+62
luk= 176+14

Equipment (constanlty switching at battlemode):
baphomet horns
feather beret
yellow bandana(10% long range reducs)
slotted mid ears with gibbet card
god like item +1 to all stats.
+0 elite archer suit  with evil druid card
+4 sniping suit with evil druid card
+4 sniping suit with marc card
+4 sniping suit with dokebi card
+4 immune commander's mantaue
+4 proxy skin fragment with dustiness
+4 proxy skin fragment with marse card
+4 combat boots with green ferus card
bows (switching):
+10 composite bow (3hydra 1 skel worker)
+10 composite bow (quad metalling for strip weapon. it works i tested)
+10 composite bow (cursing, chaos, silence and stun)
bow thimble with wikebine tres card (strip armor)
bow thimble with i use smokie card here too lazy to switch xD. but suggest what else would make it better.

I would like to know how to improve my sniper in PvP and WoE. My main role in Woe is inflicting status effects and trapping (but most people prolly figured out how to counter it since i used it often enough to annoy them- 150 vit status immune/ valk armor/ dark bash/ gemini card.) In BG, i would like to be able to kill a few players here and there when defending. Mostly, i face sinx's with ice pick or no ice pick, high wizards, champs and some stalkers. So what stat build should be the best for WoE and what stat build is the best for Battlegrounds/PvP?
