What's more important is the correct cards.
Are you trying to do more damage in PvP, or in PvM?
Max DEX and have the right cards/element.
i like to go for PvP......wat cards do i have to get so that i can make it from the PvP....??

if it's lr/mr/hr composite bow[4] triple bloody boned (3x hydra 1x skeleton worker)
as for elements, fire/holy/wind/oridecon on main switch.
+9/10 Orc Archer Bow with endow is better, if you can get it =o

Hmm, damage wise it is.. but only for neutral and it'd be hard to quickly switch elements, whereas composite bows allow you to easily switch between elements because you can put the arrows on your BM.
Switching ele's quickly is crucial in more advanced play of sniper, imo.
The Dragontail card also give you an additional 5% DS damage, on top of the hunter card combo, gets you about 20%more damage along with that. I tend to go for that most of the time.

Everyone basically already mentioned everything. Just wanted to add that if you go comp bow, porcello will also add considerable damage since the multipliers are also in effect (~10%).
Make sure your final DEX hits a multiple of 10. Boxes of Resentment and Aloevera will boost your damage slightly also.
