does using @refresh cancel AV animation?
if so, can i spam it with @refresh?
Depends on how bad is @refresh at the server you play. On a good server[and I think it even works by default that way] you won't bypass it with that since it doesn't refresh your after-cast delay.
@refresh also takes around 1 sec to take action.
so @refresh while whacking doesnt put you to a stand still...

speedhacks also work on some servers, and blocked on others...
in other words, using it faster than once per 3 seconds can be considered cheating.
