New IRC channel

Hi all,

I made a new IRC channel on "irc.deltaanime.net" channel #ratemyserver

You can reach there by clicking on the Chat link found on top or by using any IRC client.

It's a place for chatting, getting to know other server owners, giving suggestions, and complaining about website issues.

Guest posting in Announcement has been disabled.  He changes IP's or uses Proxies.

Anyhow it seems riots been having a riot giving out Auto-Voice to those that just idle there.

How do you decide who is idle and who is not when no one speaks in the first place? I am always watching.
