Question about Champion SKill (Iron Fist)

Topic: What weapon is good for Cham.. Mace or Fist?
4 slotted knuckle on the other hand has only 30..  4 slotted mace also outclasses knuckle even if you have lvl 10 iron hand. This is because the size table..

Mace     75     100     100
Knuckle     100     75     50

Knuckle only does 75%(weaponATK) on Medium.

Im confuse about the Iron Fist skill...(ATK+30 for Fist user)
I have asura formula... I try to calculate damage deal to the enemy by Mace and Knuckle,but confuse in Iron Fist skill... Should i add up the IRon Fist 30Attk to the formula?

Im playing high rate server... so can get the buff Weapon perfection(100% to all Size)
The Asura formula is> ATK*(8 + SP/10) + 1000     , where should i put the ATK+30? Is it Total with ATK?

Let say>Attk =1100  SP=6000  IronFist>10LVL

I personally advice you to get a mace don't use knuckles get a Lunakaligo [3] since its high on atk but then again since your on a high rate server i suggest don't use the skill and waste the points on something else. Or u can use iron fist for pvping wep i don't know my opinion go with mace but its up to you.
