not need int in start because i use physic attack so dont need it... in final i give more int and dex to push damage and cast of asura strike

If leveling simply use Steel Body on parties all they'll ask of you anyway.
For Asura:
80-9x str (with final jump, multiples of 10),
71-81 dex(i suggest base 71, and 81 on Champ simply due to Monk having way less access to max sp equipment so you can have more int),
whatever is left on int

draugadrottinn has the correct build, 90~99 str, 70~80 base dex, rest int, good newbie gear is sohee card, morpheus set, try to get a Lunakaligo (dropped by Tatacho) to +8/9 and get 3 Abysmal Knight cards (for when you're a champ) I would suggest purchasing a stunner from an NPC shop in-game, (i.e the one in Einbroch), until you transcend, then you can use a Lunakaligo.
These are just basic gears not end-game stuff, try looking up some guides.

The morph set will make your cast uninterruptable but, it will slow it down a bit so if you are able to dual client I would suggest making a Bard for Bragi, and a dancer for Service For You. If you need help with guides for those as well, try googling, there are lots of random threads and links you will find with valuable info.

cheap gears depends on server. episode 13, morpheus set is cheap but still cost money. seeing he is asking for monk build probably the server doesnt have trans classes. im always make champion for my main. so my suggestion for cheap gears are:
mariodoll with willow(any headgears with max sp/str stat)
orlearns robe with porcellio/picky card(if you have it on your server)/saint robe with porcellio/picky card
any shieldwith racial cards(dont expect alice card, too hard to farm but if u got one its ur best choice. you even can go without shield depends what mvps)
chain[3]/lunakaligo/lich bone wand +9/10 with racial/size cards(mvp u want to kill, AK card is best option but very expensive. LBW is sometimes cheap on some server. chain and lunakaligo you can go with minimum refine safety)
shoes with sohee card
morpheus shawl(if your server dont have it go with muffler raydric)
ring/clip with mantis card
ring/clip with phen/mantis card(dont use phen if u going with orleans robe)

If your working asura / attack type go with Str Dex and Int build and in-case its for tank i believe pure vit and balanced dex will do good to you
