Simple,

1. use "Resist Neutral" element propeties like Gr, Dev, Raydric, etc.

2. High Def.

3. Asummption

4. Alligator

It's not fixed neutral, good chance that whoever use it knows how to use converter. Neutral resists won't help probably. It is also melee, meaning alligator card won't work either.

isnt goh is a fix neutral attack like ashura ?
emm, about alligator i still confused.
goh is attack with long range and you've said that it also meele attack.
i've already used alligator and i think, the damage not reduce.
