Thief Build..armour etc...

I just started playing Animusro and are a total newbie in its purest form....and well the game itself looks cool but it severly lacks any kind of guide or walkthtough quests(besides the inital part) and well to say the truth im completely lost....I love quick to attack charachters so they told me to go thief the assassin but thing is I dont know how to build a thief...and well where to get weaopns, armour, zeny etc...AAA HELP!!
