No full strip? Rogues main use in WoE and such is in stripping their opponents. :/

imo the 99 agi is too much. Just get 90, the 9 points into agi won't make that much of a difference but they will somewhere else.

Skills: Well, rogue is one of those classes that never has enough points >.>
But I figured if you were going for plagiarism, you're probably going to copy something like bowling bash which will be your primary leveling skill. Because I think it's kinda nice to have sword mastery maxed. That's just my opinion though.

So changed it to:
Sword Mastery 10
Snatcher 4
Steal coin 4
Back Stab 6
Tunnel Drive 5
Raid 5
Intimidate 5
Plagiarism 10

I'm by no means an expert on rogues but just thought maybe you can deal with level 6 back stab since you're plagiarizing something else anyways. And the extra skill-less damage from sm is kind of nice since I doubt you'll be constantly back stabbing in an attempt to level...
