Stalker gear

Hello,

I just got a Dragon vest/manteau set , BisonHorn/Thorny Buckler set and a Bradium brooch [1] for my Stalker, but I'm having trouble deciding which cards to use on them.

Should i stack agi/flee(kukre, whisper) or str/atk (mantis/porcellio)?? Already got 99 agi 6x base str and 3x base dex.

This is for a pure PVM Stalker (item/card hunting)

If you are arelady 99 agi, you should invest in agi equipment as in that case you could lower your Agi points, which are more expensive at 9x than, for example, str which is 6x.

Why lower agi? I want to have as much flee and aspd as possible so i can proc triple attack more often.

What would be the best str/agi balance then?

Go Mantis/Porcellio. AGI per DPS has diminishing returns the higher you go, making the AGI gear less effective then the STR gear at that point, especially when your'e running that much ASPD gear. You may want to get more DEX though to make sure your hit rate stays consistent.

Then you have answered your own question.

If you want to have more STR, use AGI gear and lower the base AGI status, so you can have 2 str points per Agi point while keeping the same amount of AGI. Got it now?

Always use gear according to the higher stat you have and redistribute status points, unless there's better gear for other stat (example, there are +3 dex card, but there are no +3 int cards). In that case, use a status calculator.

But why keep the same amount of AGI? I just told you i want the most AGI i can! Also i'm lvl 85, got plenty of leftover points to reach 8x-9x base str.

This is a good response with a good explanation, thanks.
Also, i play on a pre-renewal server and with the 3x base dex i got i don't miss any mobs.
