Ok i need help with my build this is what i have so far, so please read and give me feed back of what i should do. My Server has donates that go like this. Top headgear= all stats +4 with two slots, Middle Headgear= all stats +5 with two slots,Lower Headgear= all stats +2 with 1 slot. Can not upgrade donates. Their defense are their stats.

The type i trying to be is SBK with mid offense mid defense, so that whay if i dont ne hit kill i can still be alive to try again. I am leaning more to offense type though. So here i go.

Equips
Top Headgear: +4Feather Beret or donate with Marduk and Maya Purple. Don't know which
Middle Headgear: Middle Donate with Marduk and Vanberk, depending on top headgear
Lower Headgear: Lower Donate with Elder Willow
Armor: +4 Glittering Jacket with Evil Druid and switch off with Peco Peco jacket
Weapon 1:+7,8,9, or 10 Saber with 3 Zipper Bears, ugh so costly but i can manage
Weapon 2: Same Thing Or Ice Pick Will Switch Off.
Garment: +4 Wool Scarf with Aliot or Raydric don't know which.
Shoes: Tidal Shoes with Green Ferus???
Accecory 1 & 2: Mantis Rings.

My Stats
Str: 50/60
Agi: 1
Vit:in the 50's
Int:99
Dex:in the 40's
Luk:1

Around These these aren't great just an example i won't give away my real stats >_>

I think that is everything on a need to know. If i should change anything please tell me.

...well, overpowered donations, and still you can't deal with it...

not sure if Ice pick gives its effect on SBK. Haeddongum [2] is better than Saber, +3 int is better than that bit of attack. As for headgears, Try full status protection cards and Maya P. If you will have any slot left, Isilla cards.
Armor is okay, more +
garment: more +, aliot card definitely
shoes: more +, card okay
access: Orleans' gloves, Zerom cards. You'll have more base dex than str.

Stats: Int to the top. Dex to get 80-90 total, or people will easily avoid it. Str is pretty much useless, about 10-30 base, just to round it up. All you got left goes to vit.

I was damned sure STR does almost as much damage as INT per point, or maybe even more. Ice Pick's effect DOES affect SBK. Also, no need to use Haedonggums. Just use +10 Mes[3].

(Also, I've always wondered what if a pro had overpowered donation gear. I understand most pros scoff at them, but what if, say, a quitting donator gave his eqs over to him? Hmm.)

+10 Saber[3] does not have the size reduction when it comes to small type monsters that Mes does.  Otherwise, a +10 Mes[3] will be better.  The ATK of your off-hand weapon does not contribute to the SBK's damage, but the cards in it do.  +10 Triple Diligent Mes[3] and +10 Quad Diligent Main Gauche[4] or +# Ice Pick

Don't waste upper headgear slots on Marduk cards.  With your STR, you can just carry some green pots or royal jellies.

Keep your final STR in multiples of 10 for optimum ATK bonus.

Ice pick DOES give it's effect to SBK.  On defense, it would be a good idea to use an Ice pick, otherwise, I would stick with an +7 Orlean's Server if you have Orlean's Gloves[1].  If not, use a Cranial Valk[1]

If you're going into war, take a Valk Armor[1], or Chain Mail[1].  If you're really worried about MDEF, go ahead and wear your Glittering Jacket[1].  Take both an ED and a Marc into battle.  Wear your Marc most of the time so you're not gonna get Asper'd / Ress'd against.  Wear the ED when you see someone who's gonna Stone Curse, or someone who is Enchanting Poison.

Aliot is decent for garment.  You can try a Giant Whisper Card also.  I'd bring a Noxious.

Split a Mantis Ring and a Vesper Core 02.  The extra MDEF is a boost also.  I've seen some people use Expert Rings before also.

Grabbing Aspersio and standing in Gospel is also another way to boost your damage.

The physical part of SBK can miss so be careful.

Regarding STR....you really can'ŧ up both str and int to high levels, not if you want to keep at least bit of vit. And STR will start to play important role in SBK damage at 80-90ish....so it's better to stick to int only.

does the matk +3% on the orleans glove increase the damage of SBK?

Soul breaker is based off INT not MATK.  Thats why you don't have to worry about hitting multiples of 7 or 5 with INT.

Indeed. You might want to look at multiples of 6 for regen btw, if you can't afford to spam pots.

Because on lowrates, you need more skill to win.
