Sin-X DAMAGE

I have seen a sin-x deals a damage about 17000 - 30000..
how to make sin-x do that, my sin-x only 6000 damage.. please help.. or if i wrong to raise my stats.. so tell me thx..

This is a high rate.. so here is the story: i was using a flywing and suddently i see that.. he use teleport so i dont know which skill is.. is it a soul destroyer type..?
Or another type..? Or i was failed in raising stats..?
