Rate my sinx as a emp breaker

ok so I have a sinx that I have made into a Hybrid Breaker SB type.

stats are as follows
str 99+ 32
agi 53+ 28
vit 41+ 3
dex 70+ 20

ASPD + awakes
when on katar 175
when on daggers 165

now I have 2 sets of eq 1 is for survivng till I get to the emp and one is for breaking the emp

survivng eq
headgear
+4 feather berret
stun proof glasses
and a custome item the gives me 3% more hp

wep and sheild
+7 cranial orleans server and assasin dagger

armor is
Pasana, swordfish and Dekebi carded theives clothes all +7
Devine Clothes of ares +7

shoes
+10 firelock tidals
hood
+5 anti snipeng wool scarf

accesories are
x2 vesper core 02

with all this I total of 17k HP

then when I break the emp my eq goes as follows

head gear
Shrewed marionet doll hat
2 custom Items that together would give me 11% more dmg

weps
+6 ice pick and 3 damned gigantic MG

armor
I switch to +7 ED mink coatwhen necessary

hood
+5 strange wool scarf

the rest of the eq stay the same
then when I break the emp I put on my +83ple bloody ice katar or fire katar

emp break for me takes 4-6 seconds

my only problem now is AD and CT they are the only skills that kill me (i dont include asura cus i never got killed by 1 yet). all the other painful skills I could tank and ignore whilest going to the emp. also the guild we go against most of them have maya p so yea.
advice and tips would help

simply too much str and dex, too low vit and perhaps a bit agi.

Emp hugging is either considered against the rules or a fag technique

Emp hugging does the job though, although with an SG it's considered less faggy because.. FSK to emp is pretty much what you have to do.

You have an insane amount of dex.  Your vit is too low, you should always have atleast 70.  Your STR isn't rounded at all either.  You could easily tank AD with a raydric + horn card and alligator cards, or a GR card.  Along with CT, you could easily tank it by investing in more reduction gears.

70+ Dex really is too much for an emp breaker, he only needs like 130 Hit to 100% hit the emp
GR card... please be realistic...
And you can't use skills on emp, so no FSK
