Looking for Weapon and Equip help

Hey,

i'm now a lvl94 Douple Dagger Assassin and i need some tipps mainly on weapons
First my Stats and existing equip i have:

Now, i was wondering which pair of Daggers are good..
Mes with Doppelgagger Card and 2x Turtle General Card in Main Hand and a MG in the off Hand with Cards against sort of Monsters (Skel Worker and so on) or better still go with Ice Pick and MGs?

Will the Cards in Main Hand also help the Off Hand is it better to put doppelganger and Turtle General in MGs and Ice Pick still in Main Hand?

Any help and Tips would be great!
