Gaining hit with a super high rate sinx

ok everybody, can anyone help me create a good equipment set that allows more dex and hit, i already have 4-8 phrees at any given time, i need help with the rest....

If you're wearing 4-8 Phreeoni cards and you're still missing you might want to start thinking about a crit build because it's going to deal way more damage since you don't need to fill up your slots with hit+ cards.  I've never played a super high rate, but I would imagine in any situation where the max base level is so high most sins would be doing crit just because it would be so easy to get 100% while not having to invest that much stat points and equipment into it relative to what you can get.
