Help me figure this out please (Sinx Build)

I was dueling with a sinx vs sinx on a 255/120 server where maya purple has Str + 3 all head is one slot so is armor, boots, acces
and weapons were four slotted  ...
He was a Perfect Dodge Type yet he was dishing out 18k worth of NORMAL Damage AND his Poison React was dishing out 23k perfect hit?!    ... Max stats is 255.. Anyone have answers? would really appreciate it thank you
