No that means the duration is 7 seconds, the chance for it to trigger is 0.1%.

Whoops...misread the script, so, if the initial chance is 0.1% then it is a 1/1000 chance, technically, if you can get about 1000 Attacks in 7 seconds on a server with max ASPD 199 then I think it is actually viable, if you don't mind the time for startup that is,

Even 199 aspd, which you'd presumably get from the combo, is "only" almost 50 attacks per second (like the original heat). The problem isn't what aspd it'll give you, but the chance and duration. Since you don't fight against single enemies with 300k hp you have to search for enemies far too often for 7 seconds to be worthwhile. The effect is just a gimmick, nothing to depend on.

In other words, 350/7 secs, won't work to build something around it,getting ASPD and AGI items is the only way, I don't think even with all of that 199 ASPD is reachable, but 50ATKS/Second is still pretty strong, I have seen videos of MVP Heat TKMs pre-nerf

A 199 ASPD cap would certainly make WS an overpowered class with battleground medals of honor, but it's hardly beneficial to any other classes.

I doubt so, unless using macros or some other 3rd party program, how fast do you think someone can spam CT? Zerk LKs and crit sins will prolly be the ones benefiting from it most. Oh and snipers.

Faster than 190 aspd, there have been 190 aspd videos around of BB/DS and it's clearly not the limit of how fast it can be spammed. Renewal will have 193 aspd. Do tell how a Crit Sinx or Sniper get that kind of ASPD though without major sacrifice.

I know, I'm saying otherwise. There was a time when people were saying "oh, more than 183 ASPD DS isn't possible" etc., but with recent videos of 190 ASPD BB/DS from jro/kro, those opinions are outdated. Human fingers are definitely at least that fast, although mine are certainly tired already of debating this.

IIRC, the average human reaction time is ~200 miliseconds, and 200 milisecs is the atk delay for 190 ASPD, unless you are extremely good at reactions, I don't think 199 ASPD CT is possible (cough at spamming a button every 20 milisecs)
