Having a hard time need help!!!

Well I used the search button but cant seem to find the right build,don't call me stupid cause i tried reading for more than 5hrs and nothing happens well if u can help me w/ my SinX then ill be really grateful...:p
The server I'm playing is SHR 99/70 max stat is 99 and have a mall with 80% of the items...and i forgot we have a plus 10 refiner and the slot is the normal slot..we have card seller too,mvps,miniboss,etc but dont include much of LHZ bosses,we only have sniper and high priest card...I would like pvp builds,btw there are many monks ingame..if u will help me I'll be really happy.Im new to Ro so i need help.TNX in advance...Any builds using Katars or daggers will help tnx.
