Does DEX Bonus affect Rogue/Stalker's divest chance?

hello!

a doubt that i've always had is if DEX Bonus affect Rogue/Stalker's divest chance or not.

if so, divester rogue should wear zerom gloves, main gauche with 4 drops cards, apple of archer and so on~~

please, if someone have a solid answer about that, please gimme!!

The stat bonus is always added to everything if not stated otherwise (e.g. Skill description says "Base DEX" instead of just "DEX")

I'm pretty sure it's a static chance these days. RMS database says so, anyway.

i'm pretty sure it's NOT static.

just try divesting a low DEX character (such as critical assassin) and then try divesting a high DEX character (such as hunter, wizard...)

my point is: only base DEX or not?

Irowiki mentioned "believe to be" not to be an accurate explanation of chance.I have 2 stalker in IdRO with different dex.One with 28 base dex ( dagger type ) and one with 99 base dex ( magic type).They have similiar chance to full strip job with high dex such sniper and wigh wizard,and the result is same.Also tested to fullstrip job with low dex such Sin X critical and MR Paladin, both stalker spend same time to full strip that job(tested at War of Emperium for 3 years).
So in my experience, full strip lvl 5 is fixed 15% chance whatever the target stats.
