Just want to ask,

Is Dex really necessary for Critical SinX, and also can someone show me a Good Eq's and Stat build for Critical SinX Mid-Rate Server.

Dex give +aspd. Adding some for +1 aspd is worth it.

Gears is up 2 your play style and how much suicide you want to go. 2 Thief Rings and 1 KVM Jamadhar or Valorous Katar are probably a must for it. You may always want to use a ROFL for the Fury and swap it to Thief Ring after activate it.

The answer is NO. dex should remain 1. Because high luk helps you hit enemies perfectly and it also gives you perfect dodge. The number that you can be seen in addition to your flee rate.

If you need ASPD, you can put some points into DEX. Rule of thumb: DEX is four times less effective than AGI in increasing ASPD, so invest in DEX only if increasing DEX costs four times less stat points than increasing AGI or your AGI is maxed and you don't have full ASPD yet.

@GianFax and mica2003: You both know that he said midrate without saying max blvl, right? If it's a 99 server, some dex[1-4 which costs like 2 to 8 points] to get the next aspd value is totally worth it seeing the cost, compared to agi when you're already on the 90s[we're talking about 10-11 points per agi value], may turn being lower and releasing 1 or 2 more points in some other places because of that.
Ofc that you're both right if this turns out to be a 99+ blvl server because you can just pump agi high enough to get max aspd and it's fine to roll [some people actually use dex together with agi and gears to go extreme and get max aspd with quagmire but that's another story].

Also, crit doesn't always hit, there are some situations where you will occasionally miss like vs another high luk char because of the crit shield or vs high pd chars because perfect dodge is taken into consideration before the hit accuracy.
