It is very very hard if you mean solo, you would need alot of other scrolls. And SINX is not suited for the strongest mvps except for beelzebub.
Well, but even if you dont mean Solo, SINX is still not suited for MVPing, there are better classes to pick up and they're much much easier to handle.
Only Soul destroyer is useful against some enemies like beelzebub or Naght Sieger since they're immune to neutral..
If you really wanna play SINX go for a Soul destroyer build. Its not hard to create a build on your own. Soul destroyer needs high ATK and INT.
+% Cards do not affect Soul Destroyer's damage in any way like cart termination.
How about making some tests on your own on the test server ? naight siegers weapons, bazerald, ice pick (I dont know if the effects applies in all servers) holy avenger, try the medal of honours, elemental sword, zipper bear card.

Which MVPS did you want to hunt?
If you aim for Beelzebub or Naight Sieger, you can go for Soul destroyer.
