[Renewal] A good resistance assassin cross build~

First off, I want to say hi to everyone o_o, I've been checking this forum out and it really helps much~

So, I'm totally confused nowadays about this sinx build. I'm playing on a server with [4] slots on all gears except for shields which has 2.
The server also has a stat seller, so i could get 1000 all stats.

All i'm wondering now is, how you guys think i should build up? I need good resistances like 70%+ with the lowest amount of armours and garments possible.
Also, renewal cards (third job cards) are nerfed.

So...if you want to help me, please do, I'll really be happy about it~
