[Non-Renewal] Questions regarding the rogue's skill plagiarism

guys is it possible to keep a copied skill after getting hit by a sprinkle sand/sand attack given the fact that my rogue has already learned it? because actually my copied skill got deleted by a sleeper when i got hit by that sprinkle sand and I'm actually thinking if i quested that skill and got hit by that again i might be able to keep my copied skill .

I don't think it should preserve. Similarly, you could argue that Heal (suppose you are wearing Evil druid) canceled your copied skill even though you had Vitata card on. Or similar with headgears allowing you to cast Fire ball, or Heavens drive.
