Whats the Best Build for Paladin?

I have a paladin, and i dont really know how to best take advantage of him, according to skills and stats. right now, im mainly focusing on being a one handed sword/spear shield pally. i pretty much use shield chain as my main attack. my main stats, in order from most to least is, Str, Int, vit, an then dex. so, what im saying is does anyone have any suggestions on my build? (stats and skills). i wanna be good in PvP too.

Regardless of whether the TS is in the wrong, I'm posting this also for the sake of others.

Paladin. If you do not have TGK, there is only 1 build you should go for in WoE and PvP. 99 DEX, 99 VIT, 25 STR/INT/AGI. It is obvious you are going to be devoting non-stop. If you are under poem effect, do Pressure spam. Trust me, it's deadly.

If you have TGK, go for Sacrifice build obviously.

For leveling, a shield pala works well. High DEX obviously, and a heavy shield. For starters, just a normal shield would do. If you have a Strong shield, all the better. Yes, STR does affect SC damage :/ Why? Because SC damage is calulated based on your base ATK.

First of all what are the ratings of the server you play? Because without those people can't really help you. Anyway VIT and INT are good stats to have and the best build is Grand Cross and shield build.

The best build is a build where you'll never hit people?

Don't bother with Spear, since it's a pretty bad way to play a Paladin. If you're serious about Shield Chain, it is a viable build to use in PvP, unless you're playing on a high rate. A refined Strong Shield is definitely recommended for all out damage, but a pure-anything Paladin is bound to fail. Try to incorporate Pressure or Heal into your build as well to give you a more rounded build.

If you're focusing on WoE, do what fluidin said.
