Shield Chain /w Strong Shield

I currently have a Stone Buckler which has a weight of 150.  A Strong Shield has a weight of 250, but the catch is that you recieve 20% more damage from physical and magical attacks.  But it also gives you no knockback.

I was wondering, is it worth using a Strong Shield in PvP/WoE?  Of course, it will have a Thara Frog Card in it.

I want to know how good it is before I waste my time farming it.  I was thinking maybe I could switch between shields of course.  When I'm on the offensive, use Strong, when I'm on the defensive, such as running away or not attacking, use Stone or something else.

Also if someone has some damage calculations, it'd be nice too.

Well think about it, what happens more often, you getting hit(Where you could use that 20%) or you getting knocked back?

Well I didn't want the shield because of the no knockback, I thought I'd just say what else the shield does.

I just want to know if the damage you do is worth it.

No.

A Cross Shield would probably be more worth it, as it automatically adds +30% damage to Shield Chain. They just don't drop yet so might take some waiting, unless your server has a random item gambler where you could try getting it early.
