I am level 105. I am currently using 2H. would going spear jus to have a shield be any good?

1. You can carry a shield. Parry does not block magic.

2. You can Pierce. 3 hits on Large size monsters.

again, depends on what you want to do in thors...

i took my wife's 90 LK there solo..
2h vvs ice, 9x str 1 agi 5x vit 6x dex, unbuffed, strange wool scarf, +4 (NOT +9) superior tidals, 2x ring of mantis, shrewd helm of darkness, peco2 card for armor (custom wings, nothing fancy, just doubles the peco2 card effect)... the only thing that is hard to get was that aliot card, the others are really cheap and affordable...
can kill 1 kasa and 1 imp easily or 2 kasas if not too hammered...
self buffs - zerk - kill - log out - log in - b wing

well if you're thinking of tanking for a party that's a whole different issue...
