Rate My Smiter

I'm currently working on a Rapid Smiting Paladin (Smiter) and I'd just like to know if any of you could elaborate on my gear. I'm not playing on a super-high-rate server or a place thats easy to get get godly gear, so just tell me what you think for the gear/build provided. Thanks.

Stats:

92+18 STR
72+8   DEX
75+15  VIT

I'm considering reducing the VIT to about 65 and boosting the dex a little bit more, I'm not sure.

Skills:

Pretty straightforward, faith, all the shield sader skills, peco peco...Etc.
