How to reach 193 ASPD RG, spear and shield?

I like Royal Guards. Currently playing on a high-rate server and I was wondering how you'd make an RG reach 193 (even 188 is fine) ASPD WITHOUT using the +10 foods, Full Throttle, or Inspiration? I'm planning on making a Vanishing Point RG that can deal about 5000 damage with each hit, with Overbrand as the secondary skill. (On a side note, the +10 foods are okay if there is no other option; Full Throttle or Inspiration are not because they have horrible drawbacks). Thanks you guys!
