175 dex is NOT standard for instacast. Neither is any min delay.

With GR available, all pala can do is devo/gospel. 99 vit 99 int. Equip focused primarily on HP, secondary reductions. And frankly, your build is one of worst I've seen in ages. 2 Thana cards? lol, it won't maginfy the effect. Pharao, Amon Ra, Choco cards are useless and should be replaced. Kiel also isn't best choice for pala. Vesper cores 1 and 4...I dont see WHAT is that build even supposed to mean, it's a mess.

But I suppose that server is actually a lot customized, you just don't know that. First, you gotta tell what the customizations are and what you want from char, THEN someone might give you some advice.

Also, you shouldn't be any good with sinx or ninja if you're posting stuff like this but anyways....

That should be a high rate so basically guild build = support with gospel and devo 2-3 key members and pot the dmg you're taking.

HRs usually have different definition of being "good", it means to have money for overpowered donations.
