if on my sniper i was wearing one stormy knight card. will SG activate often?

The chance is 2% per melee. That's not extremely high..

add call of spirits to it and it's amazing =) Call of spirits does "chip" damage so it always takes some damage, so there's always a 2% chance of freezing your opponent with each hit.

It doesn't activate when DS'ing I believe

If it's a server that you can get say 192 or more aspd it can proc quite often.

On a sniper I'd just go with a damage card(Especially for PvP, where most people will have anti-freeze)
