Which of these will give me more damage on my offensive skills?

Glorious Ring + Medal Of Honor Combo

or

2 Bradium Rings Both with Gold Scaraba Card

Depends....

On current rA state, BG combo might be slightly better, if you are full ATK (120 base STR and decent DEX+LUK). On server that has custom work to make ATK work like it should in renewal, bradium rings+gold scarabs.

However, BG accessories are more versatile, adding decent amount of HP, ASPD, a bit of HIT and stuff...
