Hi all, I'm still unsure of this skill. Whenever i activate it, nothing happens, why is this so? Or is this skill similar to Champ's Blade Stop? Timing efficient skill?

You have to use it at the EXACT time getting hit by meele attack.
Blade Stop , Counter Attack and Crescent Elbow have few second counter stance duration.
