A level 10 Magnum Break would add 100HIT and 20% bonus fire damage.

Say a Knight used Magnum Break 10, while having a water endow. He then went to attack a Kasa. For simplicity, let's say the Knight hit for 1000 with endow before MB. After using MB, would the Kasa receive 1000 + [(0.2*1000)*(-0.25)] = 950 damage? Or does the bonus from MB change element to water? I only know that MB will be forced neutral when using skills like Shield Boomerang.

Not quite, it adds 20% more damage, of which is fire element. So you actually do 120% damage.

magnum break USED to give a temporary fire endow. this was really stupid because that 10 second endow would overwrite any other endows you might have and expire. so they changed it to give 20% bonus fire dmg instead. the magnum break attack itself is forced fire element, regardless of your weapon element or endows (useful sometimes with certain elemental spears and whatnot)
the 20% bonus fire damage is seperate from everything else. magnum break and wind endow sonic blow, and you'll get 800% wind dmg sonic +20% fire dmg for 820% total.
the bonus is much more significant with normal atks than skills.
the dmg ignores flee, so it will hit the sinx with bash stun even if the LK misses with the rest of the bash dmg. then you can keep bashing while they are stunned.
if you want to decloak a sinx near you, use magnum break twice. the first hit will probably miss, but the second will the the 20% never miss dmg applied to the aoe and knock them out of cloak. my mercenary AI does this automatically with the magnum break mercenary and the mercenary doesnt seem to have a skill delay with it
if you run around with 100% fire resist on a stalker, champs will try to magnum break you out of stealth all day but it will always miss and you can sit there laughing at them
