[Non-Renewal] PvM Paladin SB Build

Hello RMS!
I have a Shield Boomerang Crusader, It's already level 97 and I'm thinking about how it will be as a Paladin, but to be honest, I never had a transcend character and I'm worried about screwing it up.
That is why I came here to show you what I have in mind:

The server where I play is a x5, 99/70, pre-renewal with the normal mechanics for a low rate server.
What I want to do with my pally is to deal a LOT of damage (without the use of MVP cards) and have a nice pool of SP so I shouldn't be coming back to refill it.
I have FAR, but I think the time duration it's pretty short =|.

Shield Boomerang only works with +% stuff, +atk won't boost his dmg. Saying this, here are the changes that I would do mainly to your gears and build:
◙ Change the dex to agi and only get dex to get the next aspd value.
◙ Get a link. With it, SB is always non-miss, has 1/3 of the original delay and does double the damage.
◙ If SB works with Ice Picks there, get one to face high def monsters like to farm incubus/succubus.
◙ Drop BSB Set because it's doing 0 there, get Variants [extra sp is nice!], get an accessory with a mantis.
◙ Drop the Aliot, no need for it anymore to hit the next str bonus and get a raydric instead for more survival.

As a side-note, you may want [or not, it's a personal preference because they still make you drop quite a bit of aspd and sometimes it's not that good to suffer that] to use Spears as weapons. They give you +1 range cell.

Thank you Triper for your advices.
I did the tweaks you recommended, and the result is this:

I'm using Crusader and Blacksmith spirit to reach the 182 ASPD mark.
I had doubts about the damage I'm doing at the moment, so I used my actual build ingame and in this calculator, the results were quite different (a difference of 100-300 of damage to monsters). I'm not sure about if in my server the base ATK matters for Boomerang or not, but I'm surprised =|...

ATK has no difference in the dmg, it's the status and the shield that matters along the %cards/gear. Refine is pretty much even useless for more dmg since the difference is really small with an high refine and one with just +4.

And Shield Boomerang [and also Shield Chain since is a derivation from it] is one of the few skills that is kinda hard to tweak on calcs when you see the dmg in game so just understand the calc value as approximated values [if you compared that calc with mine, you can even see that mine has more ~600 dmg in SB linked and that both don't show the reality in that case].
If you check source files and the formula being used, it seems that everything is fine but the results aren't and I dunno why. I already fixed a ton of formulas and mechanics on the one I share but I totally dunno where I'm failing at that one [specially on the ip part, that is just a pain in the donkey -.-].

The raw formula for SB, if it helps, is:
(Total STR+ Total STR^2+ Total DEX/5 + Total LUK/5+shield weight) * % stuff
and delay is based on aspd. Everything else is added after.
