That's the instruction given, follow it, nothing wrong.

Pretty sure RMS has a IP rule or something that you cannot have multiple accounts on the same IP to prevent people from abusing the system (COUGH proxies cough cough). I'm not sure if this is your reason, but if it is check if you already have an account or yC will have to look into it I guess. Hope this helps~
