I saw yestie in one of the members here that his information of him in his post has a green icon "Watched" what is the meaning of that symbol? anyyone knows? /?
It means the person's posts are watched/moderated/monitored. All of his/her posts' will be approved by a moderator or administrator before its posted.
Why is that? How it can happen to a user/member?
I am not quite sure, but some members get watched if they kept replying on the server seeking section without reading well, like 5 threads were looking for a low rate and spammed your server advertisement on those threads, replying rudely/arrogantly in a topic, joining/trolling in discussion/s.
It happens when you get a warning for not following the forum rules. Nekoruchii just gave you some examples there.
