Vote for Points System, Illegal?

Is there any way to have a vote for points system for your server and still have a listing on RMS?

I mean what if the vote for points system does not give any points to players that writes a review on RMS. Will that cause any problems with the ToS?

I just want to make sure before implementing a Vote4Points system.

Giving players points for voting on topsites has nothing to do with RMS.  If the topsites find out you're "paying" for votes, though, they might take you off their list, but again, this has nothing to do with RMS.

To be clearer, it's like if you go and rob a McDonald's, Burger King doesn't really care (unless you rob them too).

Yes he's right.  If you don't put RMS review in your vote for point system (thus not offering points or any other incentive in exchange for review), you will be fine.
