I can't seem to send personal messages? Even though it says I should be able to as long as I'm logged into an account? D: Was there a rule against sending PMs from new accounts or something? Registered to try and contact a server admin since their website has been down all night and I couldn't post on their forums because of it. I didn't want to start a thread to do it, so I thought I'd try a PM. Didn't work though. :[
