Registering New Server

In the near future, I want to register a new server with RMS.  The problem is the exp and drop rates.  Officially, it's 1x/1x/1x.  However, I plan to use pets to give a lot of bonus experience, and luk will affect the drop rate (20luk=+100%drop).  A typical player might likely be getting 5x/1x/2x.

I don't want to violate the TOS by giving an inaccurate view of the rates.  What's the best thing to do?

You should just register it with your default 1/1/1 rates.  You could possibly mention the pet bonus experience in the server description.

yes, Xarale is right.  The other bonuses shouldn't be taken into account, just use the base rate.
