Problem registering as a Server Player in RMS

Everytime I try to register as a player to review servers, i get a message saying I'm already registered. This is not true and none of my emails are registered there. I also changed my PC and internet provider not too long ago so there's no chance for an IP record of me.

Is there any solution to this?
