Checked the kRO item description files and it states MDEF +6, not DEF +6.

Just fixed this in my server's description files and hoping to see the change here at RMS. Thanks!

Thanks for report.  Changed the description.  I think you already know no one is working on the kRO translation files anymore.  There are many items that needed newer description.  I can only update those that are reported ...

Not true, jAthena has kkRO ep, into english and japanese, and usually up-to-date too.
