Kro and Sakray downloads fails: CGI Server Limit Reached. Try again ???

Hi you all,

When i want to download the Rag_setups and Sakray ones, i always get this uhm error (?) What's the meaning of that one? How can i download the files without any problems?

The first Rag_setup i could downloaded without any problems, but now the others fails. Please help me fast ^^
