Etnic language not allowed?

Yesterday I got a review for my Server EverlastRO in Lowrate section of rating list.
It was written in Russia, today it is deleted.
Arent user allowed to write in ther main language?
Cause much of them cant read or speak english, they used a guide from me how to review for us.
but they cant write a whole text in english.
If they are not allowed to write in russia, are they allowed to copy a text I gave them ?
If so maby the one or another review will seem like the same.

The review box simply do not support the language. It became rubbish when it got submitted to the database.  I have this doubt for the longest time so I leave the format as it is.  Changing the field to UTF-8 general could give some side effect.

When we see one review is a duplication of another, we delete the newer of the two.

so what can I do for my reviews not get deleted?

Write in English letters (not necessary in the English language) and don't repeat what is already said in another review.  All review content must pass the review guidelines given on the review form.  That's all.
