can't register in rms

i want to register and write a review... but i i get a message saying I'm already registered. please help nid to review...

If it's saying that, then chances are you probably registered sometime in the past.  If you think this could be the case, try to remember what username you used, then you can try using the Lost Password link.

Otherwise, maybe try registering with a different email address, and see how that goes.
