RMS/ActiveX issue

My girlfriend has had to reformat four times within the last week due to Ratemyserver & ActiveX. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I'm personally not sure, I don't get ActiveX pop up's. /hmm

Please help, otherwise she's going to leave RO. >.<
