Do I have to wait to add my server?

I've already started my 1x/1x/1x RO server and I was wondering if I have to wait a couple more months to add it or I can just add it now. Thanks.

Oh I thought you have to have a set amount of players online before you can add it or else it'll just be deleted.

Everything you need is written on the "Basic Server Requirements" on your way to sign up.

The most important is:

You must have a way of contact with your player i.e. forum.  (Could use email but that suck right?)
You must have a client for download (even a sclientinfo.xml). Otherwise what do you expect your visitors to do?  Can't keep them waiting.

So basically, your server must be ready ... up and running .. playable ... downloadable ... support-ready ...
