Suggestions Reguarding Reviews

Re guarding reviews:
As a server owner, I would like to comment back on both people who rate me low, and people who would rate my server high. For those who rate high they may not have the same user name as the ones you have on your own forums or control panel, so you wouldn't know who it is. I would also like to thank those who are rating my server good or bad. Is it possible to add this function?

If it's a low enough score you can comment, but I don't see why not for all reviews.

Because we don't want to have "thank you", "thank you for your nice review" etc under every reviews.  The reply on negative review feature is made so server owners can explain their side of the story when according to them they think the review isn't giving them a fair score.

Like ebay I think you can only reply to negative feedback.  There isn't a need for further explanation if the feedback is positive.

I got a review the other day, it was a 70, but what he mentioned was something i took quite seriously. He said that I tried hard to work on my server yet he thinks it's annoying. What would happen if someone rated your server high, but wrote yucky comments?

You could report the comment, since the ratings would not match the content of the review. And anyway, reviews are based on personal experience. If he thinks that you are annoying, it's his opinion.

If they rated your server high enough for you to not be able to respond and wrote negative comments, it's always good to take those as constructive criticism that you can change about the server. But of course if it's totally untrue or just plain bashing while they rated you high, you can report it.
